CYD-5300
CYD-5300 is a dendritic additive with special functional groups developed by Weihai Chenyuan Molecular New Materials Co., Ltd. It helps improve the processing performance of PC or PC/ABS modified plastics while maintaining the mechanical properties of the modified material. It is widely used in 5G supporting fields such as 5G base stations, the automotive industry including new energy vehicles, electronic and electrical components, instrument housings, and other plastic products.

1. Good thermal stability at high temperature, low volatility and good release and lubrication properties;

3. Used in PC glass fiber reinforced materials, can significantly improve fiber floating, dosage is 0.6-1%;

4. As an external lubricant for PC, PC / ABS and other systems, it is highly efficient, its dose is lower than most traditional lubricants, the typical dosage is 0.2 ~ 0.7%;

V. Usage

CYD-5300 can be directly added to polymers such as PC and PC/ABS. If the amount of addition is small, considering the problem of dispersion, we recommend that the product be first made into a masterbatch using a twin-screw extruder, and then the masterbatch is added according to the calculated addition amount.

VI. Storage

Store at room temperature. Avoid moisture, light and prolonged exposure to air.

Shelf life is 24 months.
