CYD-816A is a dendritic molecular structure additive with special functional groups developed by Weihai Chenyuan Molecular New Materials Co., Ltd. It effectively improves the processing flowability of nylon systems, enhances the mechanical properties of nylon products, improves the dispersion of fillers or glass fibers in nylon systems, effectively solves the problem of fiber floating, and improves the surface gloss of products. It is widely used in 5G supporting fields such as 5G base stations, the automotive industry including new energy vehicles, and plastic products such as electronic components and instrument housings.
1. Internal lubrication doubles the melt flow index of nylon systems, effectively improving the processing fluidity of nylon products;
2. Maintains good mechanical properties, effectively improving the mechanical properties of nylon products in certain systems;
3. Improves filler dispersion in nylon systems and solves the problem of fiber floating in glass fiber reinforced nylon products, increasing surface gloss and improving appearance;
4. Effectively reduces melt pressure and mains current during processing, effectively increasing production capacity and saving energy;

I. Product Overview

CYD-816A is a dendritic molecular structure additive with special functional group developed by Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co., Ltd. It can improve the processing fluidity of nylon system, improve the mechanical properties of nylon products, and improve dispersion of the filler or fiberglass in the nylon system. Effectively solves the problem of floating fiber and improves the gloss of the surface of the product. Widely used in automotive products, machinery parts, electrical and electronic components, instrument housings and other plastic products.

(1) Adding 0.3% CYD-816A dendrtic lubricant, PA6 formulation MFR is increased 80%, adding 0.5%, MFR is increased 105%, the data obviously better than the commercial traditional additives.

(2) Adding 0.3% and 0.5% CYD-816A can not only increase the MFR of the PA6 formulation, but also improve the impact strength of the system by 15.3% and 26.4% respectively. It does not affect or improve the other mechanical properties, which is obviously better than the commercial traditional additives.

(1) Adding 0.3% CYD-816A dendrtic lubricant, PA6+30%GF formulation MFR is increased 93.7%, adding 0.5%, MFR is increased 172.9%, the data obviously better than the commercial traditional additives.

(2) Adding 0.3% and 0.5% CYD-816A can not only increase the MFR of the PA6+30%GF formulation, but also improve the impact strength of the system by 12.2% and 10.2% respectively, flexural modulus increased by 10%. It does not affect or improve the other mechanical properties, which is obviously better than the commercial traditional additives.

(3) CYD-816A dendritic lubricant can significantly improve fiber floating problem and improve appearance.

It does not affect or improve the other mechanical properties, which is obviously better than the commercial traditional additives.

(3) CYD-816A dendritic lubricant can significantly improve fiber floating problem and improve appearance.
