CYD-C602A is a dendritic polyester lubricant, mainly used in PET, PET/PBT, and PBT systems to improve the processing fluidity of the system, enhance filler dispersibility, and effectively solve surface defects.
1. Effectively improves the processing fluidity of PET, PBT/PET, and PBT systems, providing effective internal lubrication;
2. Good mold release properties and effective external lubrication;
3. Suitable for fiber-reinforced and flame-retardant systems, improving the dispersion of fillers or flame retardants in the system;
4. Minimal impact on transparency in transparent PET systems;
5. Effectively reduces melt pressure and mains current, effectively increasing production capacity;
6. Applications include pure resin systems, reinforced systems, and flame-retardant systems of PET, PBT, and PET/PBT, especially suitable for filler dispersion in reinforced and flame-retardant systems. It can also be applied to transparent PET systems.

I. Product Overview

CYD-C602A is a dendritic lubricant, mainly used in PET, PET/PBT, PBT system, and can also be used in transparent PET system, which improving the system processing flow, the dispersion of the filler, effectively solve the surface defects, the product surface gloss and other properties. Widely used in automotive industry, mechanical parts, electronic and electrical components, instrument housing and other plastic products.

PET, PBT, PET/PBT and other pure resin system, reinforced, flame retardant system, especially suitable for reinforced, flame retardant system of the dispersion of filler. It can also be applied in transparent PET system.
