Aromatic Polyurea Coating

This product is a high-strength, highly wear-resistant, 100% solid-content, and environmentally friendly flame-retardant spray polyurea protective coating. Its tough and dense film offers excellent impact resistance, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0 rating), and corrosion/waterproofing properties. It provides superior isolation and protection against impacts, collisions, and abrasion, extending the service life of components and delivering long-lasting substrate protection. It has been proven to reduce customer complaints related to collision and scratch damage on battery chassis by 90%.
Applications: Ideal for scenarios where yellowing resistance is not required, such as battery bottom guard plates and top covers, automotive chassis protection (in black or dark gray), and for corrosion, wear, and impact resistance on various industrial equipment.
