1. Demand Communication and Professional Support Phase
In the initial service phase, we focus on the customer's core needs. Whether it is material selection, product performance enhancement solutions, or production process optimization, we will unreservedly share our professional insights to help customers refine their product concepts. If customers require product design services, our team of professional designers will promptly intervene. Based on the characteristics of new materials and customer needs, we will provide customers with highly targeted design advice, helping them create practical and innovative products.
2. Prototyping
Prototyping: After clarifying the customer's specific requirements, we will strictly follow the customer's requirements for product parameters, specifications, and appearance to produce samples, ensuring that the samples accurately reflect the customer's product vision.
3. Contract Signing and Deposit Payment
Once both parties have confirmed the sample's drawings, specifications, performance, and other details, a formal cooperation contract will be signed. The contract will specify key terms such as product quantity, price, quality standards, delivery method, and payment method to protect the legal rights and interests of both parties. The customer must also pay the corresponding amount as agreed in the contract. Upon receipt of payment, we will officially begin the product production process.
4. Product Delivery
We understand the importance of timely product delivery to our customers and will strictly control the production schedule to ensure that products are delivered within the agreed timeframe. Under normal production conditions, product delivery will not exceed 45 days. After production is completed, we will promptly communicate with the customer and ensure that the products are delivered safely and on time to the customer's designated location according to the delivery method agreed in the contract. We will also assist the customer in completing product acceptance.
